Shipping and returns

Shipping times
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. 

For UK orders we use tracked services (except for single greetings cards orders which are sent via Rotal Mail First Class post) from Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

For international orders (outside of the EU and Northern Ireland) we use FedEx, UPS, and DPD.

Update on shipping to Northern Ireland and the EU

We are temporarily pausing shipping to Northern Ireland and the EU.

Changes to trade rules—particularly the complexities of the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR)—have made it really tough for small businesses to keep up with the added admin and costs. Right now, it’s just not sustainable, but we are treating this as a pause rather than a permanent change. We are hopeful that we’ll be able to find a way to ship to these regions again in the future.


Refunds and returns
If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a full refund or exchange for unwanted goods with notification within 7 days and return with 14 days. Please email design.smith@outlook.com with the details of your order, what you would like to return and how you would like your refund issued. 

Please repackage the goods in the original packaging and return to:

Please note: 

We do not cover the delivery cost of returned goods

Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition

Once we have received the returned goods we aim to process your refund within 14 days

 
If your goods arrive damaged we will provide a full refund and cover the cost of returning the goods if received within 28 days.
